Native Intelligence Exchage Policy
No Refunds. Exchanges on unworn apparel within 30 days of purchase. Tags must be attached. No exchanges or refunds on any custom handmade art products and jewelry. All items purchased through Native Intelligence is non refundable.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns/Exchanges
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
We only replace non custom made items such as apparel and accessories only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at ninau@native-intel.com and send your item to: 1980 Main Street, Unit 2, Wailuku, Hawaii, US, 96793.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return on non custom made items such as apparel and accessories. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange, the cost of return shipping will be paid by customer.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
